TLDR--Fraud. I was lied to about the need to drill my entire door out, absolutely no customer support to resolve this. My story: I was informed over the phone of the price, which was agreeable, and the tech showed up pretty quickly for an 11pm call. So far so good. The tech chit-chats with me while we walk to my unit, how do I like the building? How much do the units cost? What do I do for work? And eventually he figured out my rent, my salary, and whether or not I could afford to be charged 4x what I was quoted originally. As a result, he takes one look at my lock, says it's a "smart lock" and that he has to drill out the top and bottom in order to do so. Naturally, this costs hundreds of dollars more than I was quoted. I begged him to try the normal route, which he did in a very pedestrian fashion, and insisted the only way was to drill through both locks. I agreed, as I had no other options, and paid the absurd amount. The next day, my building informed me that the locks aren't smart locks, and further, smart locks can be picked by most locksmiths anyways. So I called and asked for my money back. The tech told me to go f**** myself and hung up. The dispatch said they'd look into it, hung up, and that was it. I then disputed the credit card charge. The tech defended himself with my receipt and signature. So far the bank is taking his side. I thought I'd let you all know. Don't use this place. If you do, do not agree to more than you were quoted on the phone. And don't sign anything!
